Hotwav enters the Nepali market with budget smartphones

The Nepali smartphone market is always growing. In recent times, all the well-established brands have moved up the pricing ladder — leaving the budget segment vacant. A new brand is here to fill that space — Hotwav. Let’s take a look at Hotwav smartphones and its price in Nepal.

Hotwav Brand Overview

Hotwav is a Chinese technology brand established in 2008 and headquartered in Shenzhen, China. It is affiliated with Shenzhen Tugao Intelligent Co. Ltd. It focuses on developing smartphones, tablets, rugged phones, power stations, and smart wearables, targeting primarily emerging markets.

The company has also collaborated with Google under the MADA (Mobile Application Distribution Agreement) to expand its reach in international markets. Their products are available in over 60 different countries. Now the brand has made its way to Nepal as well.

Currently, the company is offering two smartphones in Nepal with more in the pipeline. The two models are: the Hotwav Note 15 and Note 15 Pro.
