Realme is trying its level best to take the smart-accessories market. And with the launch of its latest gadget, the Realme Band, it has taken another huge step towards it. It is feature-packed and the price is really competitive. However, does the Realme band have what it takes to usurp the likes of Mi Band 5 and Honor Band 5 in a price-sensitive market like Nepal? Realme Band Overview
The Realme Band has a 0.96-inch color display with a resolution of 160 x 80 pixels. Its screen can fit 64 letters on the screen. However, it can display notifications longer than that. For navigation purposes, there’s a touch-controlled button at the bottom.
With the help of the Realme Link app, the band is capable of displaying notifications from different social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more. Moreover, one has to use the same app if they want to change their watch face. Currently, there are only five watch faces available. However, the company has vowed to release more in their upcoming upgrades.
The band is powered by a 90mAh battery which according to claims can last up to 10 days. That too with real-time heart rate tracking enabled! And the recharging time is said to be 1 hour and 47 minutes.

As for the functionalities, it includes the aforementioned heart-rate tracking, sleep tracking, step counter. So, basically most of the features of a fitness tracker. On top of that, it includes 9 different sports modes, namely- cricket, yoga, walking, hiking, climbing, cycling, spinning, and fitness. All the reports about your activity can be tracked through the app itself. Also, the band is robust enough as it is IP68 water-resistant too.
